How long does shipping take?

Can I return my order?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Contact us at support@chewforever.com to initiate an exchange. The customer bears return shipping costs.

How do I know my size?

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. For bank transfers, Czech customers must provide a bank account number, and international customers must provide an IBAN.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.
