Refund Policy

1. European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive 2023/2673).

Conditions of Returned Goods

Returned goods must not be handled beyond what is necessary to establish:

  • the nature of the goods
  • their characteristics
  • their functioning

The consumer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Original packaging is not required, provided the goods are adequately protected and packaged to prevent damage during transport. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Please include inside the package:

  • The original invoice, or
  • A note with your order number

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. This does not apply to statutory claims for defective goods.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us without undue delay if the goods are:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect

Failure to notify us promptly may make assessment more difficult; however, this does not affect your statutory rights.

If the claim is accepted as a valid statutory complaint, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or arrange return shipment.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed personal care or hygiene products if the protective seal has been broken after delivery
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible. To request an exchange, please contact:

Once approved:

  • The customer must return the original item following the return instructions
  • After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped
  • The customer bears return shipping costs
  • Any additional shipping costs for the replacement will be communicated in advance

5. Refunds

Once your return or complaint has been inspected and approved, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days. All refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase.
