Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. Any reliable tracked shipping carrier may be used. Returned items may preferably be shipped via UPS.
For returns from the Czech Republic, Zásilkovna is also accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. CHEW FOREVER s.r.o. is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transport.
